How To OrderThe Internet Shop works according to the legislation of Republic of Armenia and is adjusted regulated by Civil Code of RA, Customs Code of RA and by the Law of RA “About protection of the consumers’ rights”.
1. How to order
- While choosing any product or in case you need some information about any product visitor sends a brief message to the web-site manager through section "Contacts", specifying in it all the matters you are interested in (terms of delivery, the qualitative data of the goods, insurance, discounts, etc.), remarks, offers etc.
- The web-site manager will answer the message within 24 hours.
- In case of order and money transfer the product will be delivered to the customer by shipping companies (the visitor can choose the shipping company and the type of shipping service himself) during the arranged terms.
2. How to pay
- All the products in the Internet shop are presented in C.U. (Conventional Unit).
- The visitor can choose a product with the help of the “basket”.
- The visitor can pay in any other currency, arranging it with the web-site manager beforehand.
- In case of visitor’s request he will be provided detailed information about paying in other currency.

3. Rights and duties of the parties
The Visitor has the right:
- to demand and receive answers to any question about the activity of the Shop about any offered product.
- to annul the order before remittance payment, sending a corresponding message to the web-site manager, or within 24 hours after money transfer (in this case the visitor covers the expenses of transfer expanses).
- not to sign the receipt submitted by the worker of the shipping company, in case of detection of damages or defects while checking the authenticity of the product and
a. to annul the order,
b. to demand the replacement of the product either with another equivalent or with any preferable product (if the price of the product exceeds the paid sum the visitor carries out surcharge).
In above mentioned cases shipping charges and bank translationare covered by the Shop.
- to demand the transfer to be carried out through the accreditation service of the bank (the customer covers the charges for the services).
The Visitor is obliged
- to follow all above-stated rules,
- in case of order to specify the exact name of a the product,
- to provide the Shop all the necessary data for the realization of the order.
The Visitor has no right
- to put forward any further requirement to the Shop after the signing of the receipt submitted by the worker of the shipping company.
The Shop has the right
- to demand any necessary information (personal data, banking account, etc.) from the Visitor for performing the transaction.
The shop is obliged
- to guarantee the privacy of the personal data submitted by the Visitor,
- to answer all the questions of the Visitors about the activity of the Shop, offered products, inform visitors about discounts
- to return the paid sum and to defray all charges connected to bank transfer in case of detection of any defects or damages during the examination of the ordered product,
- to take actions in case of violation in accordance to the legislation to restore the rights of visitors and the Shop.
- The Shop does not take any responsibility for the mistakes of the shipping companies.
- The Shop does not give any guarantee in case of damage of the goods during natural disasters, accidents.
- Shipping and transportation are carried out by DHL,which is an exclusive distributor at the same time. |
